Prepared by T-Rock Construction. Updated . Planning guidance; confirm the requirements for your property and proposed scope. How we present project evidence.
A practical starting point for repairs, due diligence, and CapEx planning.
Organize observations and questions with your property team. Check items as you go, add your follow-up notes, then download a T-Rock Construction PDF to keep or share.
The checklist PDF includes your checked items and notes. The blank PDF is ready to print and fill out by hand.
Entries stay on this page; they are not sent to T-Rock or saved automatically. Download your PDF before leaving. This planning aid is not a technical inspection or a substitute for specialist assessments.

Follow-up notes.
Keep resident names and private information out of these notes. Save a copy before leaving: entries are not sent to T-Rock or saved in browser storage.
Your PDF includes all checklist items, your selections, and the notes above.
Example: record an observation without diagnosing it.
Illustrative entry: Building B, courtyard elevation, window beside the stair: staining is visible below the opening. The property team reports that it recurs after rainfall. Reference the permitted photo by filename and note the date of the walk.
Keep the question open: The stain does not establish the entry point or the repair method. Record prior repairs and available reports, then assign a person to arrange further review. Keep the observation separate from any proposed waterproofing or wall replacement.
Example follow-up entry: “Property manager to provide prior repair records and arrange review of the courtyard window area; target date to be confirmed.” Keep the location and photo reference with that entry so the next reviewer can find the same condition.
Next step: Transfer the location, known information and unanswered questions into a project scope brief. For a documented example of photographs and separate work groups, explore the Dallas facade project story. This sample entry is not a finding from that project.
A clearer scope starts with a conversation.
Discuss a property walk, a specific repair, or a broader capital improvement plan with T-Rock.
