Warranties
The warranty terms below apply to work performed by T-Rock Construction, LLC. Your signed contract governs in the event of any conflict with this page.
Understanding your project warranty
This page summarizes our published warranty categories and explains how to report an issue. Keep your signed agreement and close-out documents together so you can identify the contracted work, applicable warranty provisions, and any product documentation supplied for the property.
For the start date and terms applicable to your project, refer to those documents or contact our team. A general service description or photograph elsewhere on this website does not establish the warranty scope for an individual project.
Workmanship
We provide a 365-day workmanship warranty on carpentry, masonry, and welding work.
Painting
We provide a one-year warranty on painting materials and labor.
Metal surfaces
We provide a one-year warranty on metal surfaces.
Manufacturer warranties
Roofing systems, windows, appliances, and other manufactured products carry the manufacturer's own warranty. We register these on your behalf where registration is required and hand over the documentation at close-out.
Product warranty documents explain the manufacturer's coverage and claim instructions. Review those documents alongside your construction agreement: a manufacturer's product warranty and a workmanship warranty address different aspects of a project. If you are unsure which documentation relates to an issue, include the product name or available paperwork when contacting us.
What is not covered
Damage caused by storms, fire, vandalism, misuse, deferred maintenance, or work performed by others after our close-out is not covered. Pre-existing conditions outside our contracted scope are not covered.
Making a claim
Call (214) 548-4733 or email office@trockgc.com with the property name and a description of the issue. We will schedule an inspection.
The following details can help us understand your concern and locate the relevant project information. Share what you have available; you can contact us even if you do not have every item:
The property name and location, plus the affected building, unit, or area.
A short description of what you observed and when you first noticed it.
Clear photographs showing the affected area and its surroundings, where practical.
An available project reference, agreement, or close-out document.
The best contact person and any access arrangements needed for an inspection.
Describe the condition in your own words; you do not need to diagnose its cause before contacting us. Reporting an issue and arranging an inspection help establish what has happened. They do not, by themselves, determine whether the condition falls within the applicable warranty.
Keeping useful property records
Retain the warranty information provided at close-out with your maintenance records. If property management changes, keeping those documents accessible can help the next representative understand the work and find the correct contact. Available maintenance notes and dated photographs can also help explain how a reported condition has developed.
Warranty questions or new work?
If you are contacting us about previously performed work, mention that in your call or email so the discussion starts with the existing project. For a new scope, you can request a proposal or schedule a property walk. Our website terms and Privacy Policy provide additional information about using the site and sharing inquiry details.
