This policy explains information handled through T-Rock Construction’s website, including our Railway-hosted site and Client Portal Demo.
Contacting T-Rock
Our project request page helps you prepare a proposal or property-walk inquiry. When direct form delivery is available, the page sends your request through our configured delivery provider. Otherwise, it prepares an email for you to review and send in your email app. Drafts are not submitted automatically or saved in browser storage. Calling opens your device’s phone function. If you send a message or call us, we receive the contact and project details you choose to share. We use those details to respond, plan work, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not sell your inquiry details or share them for another company’s marketing.
A request may include the public T-Rock service, project or resource page from which you opened the form, to help our team understand your interests. It does not include that page’s query parameters. To recover from delivery interruptions, the website can temporarily store submitted requests in private delivery storage and retry them. Contact details and messages are removed from this recovery storage after our delivery provider accepts the request; unresolved requests and delivery records expire after seven days. Copies delivered to our business inbox and ordinary business records follow their own retention practices.
Optional website analytics
Before you make an analytics choice, Google Analytics loads with analytics and advertising storage denied. It can receive cookieless signals about page visits and site interactions, together with technical connection information, for measurement and modeling. These signals do not use Google Analytics cookies to recognize your browser across visits. Cookieless measurement still involves sending information to Google; it is not the same as no collection.
When you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, approximate city or region, device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent engaging, scrolling, and interactions with links and features. Examples include phone and email link clicks, capability downloads, map controls, Client Portal Demo features, and whether a request was started or successfully submitted.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. These are pseudonymous identifiers, not visitors’ names. Our site does not send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, client records, or precise GPS locations to Analytics. We do not use session recordings, keystroke capture, Google Signals, or advertising personalization. A call or email click indicates interest; it does not confirm a completed inquiry.
Choosing “Allow analytics” enables analytics cookies and fuller measurement, including page-performance metrics. Choosing “Decline analytics” stops further analytics collection in this browser and prevents Google Analytics from loading on subsequent visits while that choice is remembered. Declining does not limit access to the website. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping analytics off, including cookieless measurement. Your analytics choice
We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. You can change it with “Analytics choices” in the footer or on the map. Withdrawing consent stops future collection in this browser and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase previously collected reports.
Maps, fonts and hosting
The interactive globe uses Mapbox, which receives technical connection information when map resources load. Mapbox’s privacy policy explains its processing. Our website fonts are hosted with the site. Our hosting and these providers receive technical information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect their services.
Client Portal Demo
The demonstration uses fictional property, project and financial data. Sample proposal requests and permission changes stay in your browser tab; they do not create real projects or send messages. If analytics is allowed, we measure which demo features are used, not the text you enter. The demo is separate from authenticated T-Rock systems.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, administer projects and maintain business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. Analytics cookies on this site are configured for up to six months. Google’s reporting retention depends on the type of report and the property’s configured settings.
