Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not your construction contract — project work is governed by the separate signed agreement between you and T-Rock Construction, LLC.
Use of this site
You may browse this site and use the consultation form to contact us. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or submit false information through the form.
The site helps property owners, managers, and other project representatives explore our services, review project examples, and start a conversation with our team. Public resources can help you prepare questions for a property walk or proposal discussion.
Information on this site
We keep project descriptions, service listings, and credentials accurate and current. Nothing here is an offer, a bid, a price quote, or a guarantee of availability. Estimates and scope are provided in writing after a site assessment.
Planning checklists and service descriptions provide general context. A property's existing conditions, access needs, and proposed work determine which details are relevant. Use these resources alongside your project documents rather than treating an example scope as a specification for your property.
Project inquiries and agreements
To request a proposal or property walk, share your contact information, the property's location, and a brief description of the work you are considering. An inquiry starts a discussion; it does not establish a construction agreement or reserve a project schedule.
Your separate signed agreement sets out the agreed project scope and terms. Refer to that agreement for project-specific obligations. The warranty overview explains our published warranty categories and how to contact us about an issue; your signed contract governs if it conflicts with that overview.
Sample documents
The client portal preview distinguishes the fictional interactive demo from the separately labeled, anonymized field-report example. Demo properties, figures, documents, and images are illustrative. Actions inside the demo do not submit a real proposal request, approve work, or make a payment.
Published project records and the real field-report example are identified separately. Read their captions, dates, and status notes to understand what each example documents. A progress report describes the work at the reporting date, not necessarily a completed project.
Photography
Project photographs show work performed by T-Rock Construction. Where a specific property is named, it is named accurately.
The project portfolio includes documented work at different stages. An in-progress photograph may show an area before finishing or close-out. Refer to the accompanying description for the documented scope rather than assuming every visible building feature was part of our work.
Privacy and contact information
Our Privacy Policy explains information collected through this website, inquiry handling, and analytics choices. When contacting us, provide information relevant to your inquiry and avoid including passwords or unrelated sensitive records.
Intellectual property
The T-Rock name, logo, site content, and photography are the property of T-Rock Construction, LLC. Do not reproduce them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Texas law, T-Rock Construction, LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
